Click and Collect
Homeland offers a Click and Collect service, allowing you to buy online and collect in our Homeland stores, Free of Charge. Combine the convenience of Shopping Online with the added bonus of being able to collect your order in a store near you, for free. Click and Collect ensures your order is ready and waiting for you when you arrive in-store.
How does it work?
- Simply add your items to your basket and proceed to the checkout as normal.
- Enter your personal details & billing address and then in the Delivery Options section, select the option to "Pick Up in Store - Free of Charge"
- You will be presented with the Stores where the product is available for Click and Collect. We are currently launching the service in Homeland Plus Sligo and other stores will be added over the coming months.
- Once you select your delivery method, accept the Terms & Conditions and then proceed to the Payment stage of the Checkout.
- Enter payment details and confirm the order.
- You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details and the store you have selected for your Collection Point.
How will I know when my Order is Ready?
Once we have picked and packed your order, you will receive a text message and email notifying you that Your Order is Ready for Collection. The text will be from "Aurivo" and will contain your order number and details of the store where your order can be collected from.
What do I need to bring with me when collecting my order?
You will need to bring your order confirmation email and provide your order confirmation number & name to the staff in-store. A digital copy of your email is sufficient for staff to check your order details.
What happens when I go in-store to Collect my Order
There will be a Collection Point in your Store and it will be located near the Cash Desks. Simply provide your name and order reference number to the staff. The store staff will then check your order is Complete and provide you with your packed order.
What if my item is Bulky? Do I still need to go to the Cash Desk?
Yes, the staff at the Cash Desks need to confirm that your order is available from the Yard area, so all Click and Collect orders first go to the Cash Desk.
How long will my Order be held for me in-store?
We will hold your order in-store for 7-days. If you have not collected your order after 7 days, then your order will be cancelled, payment refunded and returned back to the shop floor.
How long do I have to wait for my Order to be Ready?
We will endeavour to have your order ready within 4 - 6 working hours of receiving your order. Orders placed before 12pm, should be available for same-day collection in-store.
If for any reason there is an issue with your order, our Customer Service team will be in contact to let you know if we cannot have your order ready within the time stated above.
Who do I contact if I have a query about my Order?
Please contact our Customer Service team on 071 918 6564 (Mon -Fri 9am - 5.30pm/Sat 9am - 12pm) or contact your Collection store.
Can someone else Collect my Order?
If you are unable to collect your order, we can only give your order to someone who has a copy of your order confirmation email and/or a copy of the text notifying you that your order is ready for collection. The person collecting the order must know your order reference number and the items purchased.
When do I pay for Click and Collect?
Payment for Click and Collect orders is taken when you are placing the Order online. You must pay for the Goods via a debit/credit card during the Checkout.
Aurivo Credit customers can use their Aurivo Credit account to pay for online order. Please refer to Aurivo Credit section for full details.
Can I return a Click and Collect order?
Yes, the normal Homeland Returns policy applies to our Click and Collect service. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns section for full details.
