How does it work?
For every €1.00 spent, there will be 1 point awarded.

There are some small exceptions to this and we have outlined below a list of categories we we allocate partial points to your shopping.

Can I join Homeland Rewards today?

Option 1
Yes, pick up the card at the tills and you can use your card immediately. Register your card online www.homeland.ie/rewards

Option 2
Register a web account with Homeland.ie and add a Rewards card to your online account

How does Homeland Rewards card work?

In store, you can present your card at the checkout, before or during your transaction. Your card will be credited with the points earned from your transaction.You must hand your card to the checkout operator before the end of your transaction as points cannot be added in store after the sale is completed.

For online transactions, login to your web account and checkout as a registered user. Points can be collected and redeemed during the online checkout process.

Points are then allocated to your account overnight

What offers are available to me as a member?

Earn points or part thereof on your purchases instore or online. Points earned can be redeemed against future purchases. Each point is worth 1 cent.

How will I know if I my card is registered?

You can check your account online at Homeland.ie or once your card is swiped at the till, the till system can verify if your card is registered

Are there any products on which I will not receive points?

Yes. Cement, timber, building materials, concrete blocks, milking equipment

If my card is lost or stolen, what do I do?

It is very simple. Just pick up a new card at the tills or request a new card number online.

How can I check the balance on my account?

One you register your card details online, you can then check your balance. Points balance is shown on the till or email receipt.

How do I spend my points?

In order to redeem points a minimum balance of 250 points is required for redemption process to be activated.Points can only be redeemed against purchases in store (see Terms & Conditions)

What if I forget my card?

Rewards cards have to be presented at the time of purchase

I don't want to be contacted by the programme?

When you register you are asked how you want to be contacted. If this box is ignored, you will automatically receive information we feel is relevant to you. You can request to be removed from the contact list at any time.

Will any third party see my data?

Personal details that you supply during the application process will be held in the strictest confidence by Homeland and the company who are running our loyalty programme. Your personal information will not be divulged to anyone or any organisation outside of Homeland without your required permission.

Will I lose my points if I don’t register the card?

No, once you swipe the card through the till, the points will accumulate and will be transferred to your account once the card is registered. You must be registered to redeem your points.

Do I have to use my points within a certain period of time?

Homeland policy on point’s expiry is 36 months.

What happens if I return an item?

Refund policy – Where products that have earned loyalty points are returned, these points will be removed from the points balance on the card upon return of goods.

Aurivo Shareholders - Bonus Points 

From 1st January 2022 onwards, Homeland Rewards Points will be allocated instead of Bonus Shares for the purchases of fertiliser and Nutrias manufactured feeds.

  • Points will be allocated on the purchase of Nutrias manufactured feed to the value of 1% of purchases. (e.g. €100 of feed = 100 points)
  • Points will be allocated per tonne of fertiliser purchased to the value of €1 per tonne. (e.g. 1 tonne of fertiliser = 100 points)
  • This allocation of points strictly applies to trade from the 1st of Jan 2022.
  • Points allocating during the calendar year will be issued to the Homeland Rewards Card the following January, e.g. points for 2024 purchases will be issued in Feb 2025.
  • Points can be redeemed against purchases in Homeland Stores or online at www.Homeland.ie
  • This change will not affect the issuing of dividends on existing shares.

Please ensure your Aurivo trading account is linked to your rewards card and your shareholder account. You can verify this at any of our Homeland stores. Points can only be allocated to Shareholders with a valid, registered Homeland Rewards Card.
