Homeland Reward Programme Terms & Conditions
The Homeland Rewards Programme is a customer rewards programme operated by Aurivo Co-operative Society Limited (“Aurivo”). Under the Homeland Rewards Programme you may apply to open a rewards account and you can use your Rewards Card to start collecting points immediately.
The Programme
1.The Homeland Rewards Card remains the property of Aurivo Co-operative Society Limited. Aurivo reserves the right to decline, issue or withdraw the card at any time, or alter, amend or terminate the programme at any time without prior notice. Participants in the programme may be removed at any time, at Aurivo’s discretion.
2.All participants in the programme must reside in the Republic of Ireland or the North of Ireland and must be at least 18 years old on the date of issue of their Rewards card.
3.The card is non-transferable. It can only be used by the original applicant or by a member of the applicant’s immediate family, provided they are over 18 years of age and reside at the same address of the participant.
4.Cards can be used to collect points in all Homeland, Homeland Agri, Homeland Plus and online stores participating in the programme.
5.The card holders are responsible for the proper use and security of the cards and the points accumulated on them.
6.To use the Homeland Rewards Card, you will need to share certain personal information with us, such as your name, phone number and email address, and create a unique password for your account.
Collecting Points
7.To collect points, a customer must present his/her card at the checkout during a transaction; points cannot be redeemed after the transaction.
8.Points will be awarded on purchases of products included in the rewards programme and may be redeemed in stores.
9.For a transaction to qualify for points there must be a minimum spend of €1 for that transaction.
10.For every €1 spent in a single transaction, there will be 1 point awarded or part thereof (see website for products with partial points). Points will be awarded and applied to the card and upon redemption each point will equate to 1c only.
Redemption
11.To redeem points, customers must first complete the registration page on www.homeland.ie or complete an instore registration form.
12.Loyalty points can be used as a full or part payment for future purchases up to the maximum value of that individual purchase.
13.Specific rewards may be available from time to time to customers in the programme. Such rewards will be subject to expiry dates. These expiry dates may vary depending on the reward category. Reward expiry date details are contained within the terms and conditions specific to each reward category and may be subject to change.
14.All/any rewards must be used within the time periods advised in the terms and conditions specific to each reward.
15.All rewards are subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn.
16.Aurivo reserves the right to reject any card if they deem it has been forged or otherwise tampered with.
17.Refund Policy – where products which earned loyalty points are returned, these points will be removed from the points balance on the card upon the returns of these goods. Where goods that were purchased by way of combination of cash and points, the maximum cash value returned to the customer will equate to the maximum cash value tendered for the purchase and the points used in the purchase will be returned to the points balance on the card.
General
18.Where two or more cards have been allocated to one account, only the person who registered with the programme can redeem the points on the card, against rewards or product purchases.
19.The promoter of the Homeland Rewards Programme is Aurivo Cooperative Society Limited (“Aurivo”).
20.The Homeland Rewards card is not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee card.
Data Protection
21.Cards that have not been used for a period of 36 months will be deemed invalid and any points that have accumulated on those cards will be cancelled. We will dispose of your personal data in line with our retention policy.
22.To unsubscribe from our marketing programmes, please email rewards@aurivo.ie or use the unsubscribe process detailed on the text and email messages.
23.You have the right to request to view, rectify or remove your personal data currently held by us, by writing to Homeland Rewards Programme Administration, Aurivo Head Office, Finisklin Business Park, F91 N968, Co. Sligo. Alternatively, you can also access data at www.homeland.ie.
24.Personal details that you supply during the application process will be held in the strictest confidence for the purposes of the programme as is set out in these terms and conditions. Aurivo will only use the information you supply in line with its privacy policy as set out at www.aurivo.ie/about-us/privacy.
