This bushy half hardy perennial has a dramatic mix of single flowers in various shades including red, orange, bronze, golden yellow and purple. 

They stand on strong stems above attractive deeply cut purple green flushed foliage. 

This is a great plant for encouraging a variety of wildlife to the garden grow in beds, borders and summer container displays.

Dead head to prolong flowering

Sow between February - April on a warm window sill or propagator by thinly sowing the seed on top of moist compost.

Cover with cling film until the seedlings emerge keep the compost moist.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart into trays or into small pots to grow on.  

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.
