Anita McNicholas from Homeland Ballaghaderreen visited today St. Colman's NS Derrinabroc to chat to the second class students about what was suitable to grow in and outside there new tunnel.
They looked at lettuce, cabbage, beans, strawberry, rhubarb and a selection of herbs and their uses in and out of the kitchen.
They also chatted about how the students could prepare the soil and feed with Homeland Tomato Food once established.
